Here's a statistic we'd like to impress upon all potential members: 51.4% OF SMS APPLICANTS ARE REJECTED. Since SMS started its Trainee Program for applicants in May 1998, we have received 1348 applications. Of all those individuals who applied, 693 never became full SMS members. Most of these "washouts" are due to people not following directions, or not bothering to show up. If you're motivated, can check your ego at the door, and be a team player -- your chances of becoming a full SMS member are excellent. Still Interested? No thanks Yes I am
