First, I deactivated our Battlefield 2 platoon, A/1. This is months overdue, but congratulations to all who participated and Gortok in particular, who has received another command achievement award for his service as platoon leader. I had a ball playing with A/1 when I could, and you all acquitted yourselves nobly in multiple battles.

Second, we officially welcome Team Fortress 2 (TF2) to the fold. FlyingMongoose has come back from the reserves to lead the new platoon, and he´s looking to recruit fresh blood for the purpose of spilling other, fresh blood. For those who haven´t played it, TF2 is a good time and well worth the money as part of Valve´s "orange box".
